Solution · 06 · WEB · FIXED-FEE / RETAINER

Sites, audits & competitive intel.

Custom websites built for speed and conversion, deep audits that surface the real reason your funnel leaks, and competitive analysis that tells you exactly what to copy and what to ignore. Call → draft → test → deploy, in weeks not quarters.

What we do — 01

Three ways to fix the web side.

Most teams need one of three things — a new site that actually converts, an honest audit of why the current one doesn't, or a clear-eyed read on what their competitors are doing. We do all three, often in sequence.

Service · 01 · Build
Custom websites
Marketing sites, product sites, and bespoke web apps. Design-led, performance-obsessed, accessibility-baked-in. Built on the stack that fits — Next.js, Astro, Webflow, or static when that's the right call.
  • Brand-aligned design system
  • Lighthouse 95+ on launch
  • CMS your team can actually use
  • SEO & analytics from day one
Service · 02 · Audit
Site & conversion audits
A 10–14 day teardown of your current site — performance, SEO, accessibility, conversion, and the messaging itself. You get a prioritised punch list, not a 60-page PDF nobody reads.
  • Core Web Vitals deep dive
  • Funnel & heatmap review
  • Copy & positioning critique
  • Ranked fix list with ROI
Service · 03 · Intel
Competitive analysis
A structured read on 5–10 competitors — their positioning, pricing logic, traffic shape, content engine, tech stack, and weak spots. Ends with a one-page "here's what to copy, here's what to ignore."
  • Positioning & messaging matrix
  • Traffic & SEO gap analysis
  • Tech stack & UX teardown
  • Differentiation playbook
Process — 02

How a project actually moves.

Same four beats whether you're hiring us for a new build, an audit, or a competitive read. The depth changes; the rhythm doesn't.

Step · 01
Call
30-minute scoping call. We dig into the goal, the constraints, and what success looks like — not a sales script.
~ DAY 0
Step · 02
Draft
First wireframes, design pass, or audit findings — fast, not pretty yet. Your job here is to react and redirect.
~ WEEK 1–2
Step · 03
Test
Cross-device QA, performance budgets, accessibility pass, real-user smoke test. Gaps logged before launch, not after.
~ WEEK 3
Step · 04
Deploy
Production release on your stack — DNS, CDN, analytics, monitoring. Two weeks of post-launch tweaks included.
~ WEEK 4

Questions — 05

What founders ask first.

If it's not on this list, it's on the call. Both are free.

What stack do you build on?
Whatever fits the job. Default to Next.js or Astro for marketing sites, Webflow when the team needs to edit without engineering, full-stack Next or Remix for web apps. We don't oversell complexity.
Q·01
Do you handle hosting and DNS?
Yes. We deploy to Vercel, Cloudflare, or your existing infrastructure, configure DNS, TLS, analytics, and monitoring. You get the keys; we can keep the on-call seat or hand it over.
Q·02
How is a site audit different from a competitive analysis?
An audit is internal — what's wrong with your site. A competitive analysis is external — what your market is doing better, worse, or differently. Most teams need both, in that order.
Q·03
Can you start from a half-finished design?
Yes. Bring Figma, screenshots, or a Notion doc with thoughts. We'll tell you on the call what's reusable and what needs to be redone — no ego about whose work it was.

Other ways we ship.

Ship a site that pulls its weight.

30-minute call. Bring the URL (or the dream), a sense of timeline, and what's actually broken. We'll tell you whether you need a build, an audit, an intel pass, or all three — and what it would look like.
