By accessing or using the Zimritech website at zimritech.com.au (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please stop using the Site immediately.

These Terms govern your use of the Site only. Separate written agreements govern any professional services or client engagements with Zimritech.

2. About Zimritech

The Site is operated by Zimritech Pty Ltd, an applied AI studio incorporated in Victoria, Australia. Our registered office is in Melbourne, VIC.

We design, build, and operate AI systems — including workflow automations, custom language models, intelligent agents, and predictive analytics — for business clients across Australia and internationally.

3. Use of this website

Permitted use

You may access and use the Site for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may browse content, submit enquiries through our contact form, and navigate to linked resources.

Prohibited conduct

You must not:

If you submit content to us through the contact form or any other means (such as project briefs or messages), you grant Zimritech a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and process that content solely for the purpose of responding to your enquiry or delivering agreed services.

You represent and warrant that any content you submit does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party, and does not contain any unlawful material.

6. Disclaimers

• Damage to systems or devices resulting from access to or use of the Site

arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law (including under the ACL), our total aggregate liability to you is limited to AUD $100, or re-supply of the relevant information or service, at our election.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. For major failures you are entitled to:

• A refund or replacement (for goods) or a refund for any unused portion of a service
• Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage

If a failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the problem remedied in a reasonable time. If we are unable to do so, you are entitled to a refund for the unused portion of a service.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the ACL that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Those websites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. A link does not imply our endorsement or association with the linked site.

12. Disputes

If a dispute arises in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site, you agree to first contact us at support@zimritech.com.au to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will respond within 10 business days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue the matter through the courts of Victoria, or through applicable dispute resolution schemes (such as the Australian Financial Complaints Authority if relevant).

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend you review this page periodically.
