AI Analytics & Governance.

Ongoing monitoring of AI performance, cost, and safety. Dashboards showing hours saved and ROI; quarterly red-team exercises that prove your models stay honest in production.

What you monitor — 01

One dashboard, three answers.

Every AI system we run is instrumented to answer the three questions that matter to your board: is it working, is it costing what we said, and is it safe.

Performance
Hours saved
Accuracy · latency · resolution rate
Cost
$ / outcome
Token spend · infra · run-rate
Safety
Incidents
Hallucinations · refusals · jailbreak attempts
Red teaming — 02

Every quarter, we try to break it.

A single external attack surface changes between drills. We publish a signed report after each — what we tried, what passed, what we mitigated.

● DRILL
Quarterly red-team playbook
6 test families
40–80 attack variants
Signed report issued
Test · 01
Prompt injection
Classic "ignore previous instructions" plus the latest indirect-injection techniques from published research.
Pass
Test · 02
Data exfiltration
Attempts to extract PII, secrets, and internal codenames through phrasing tricks and tool chaining.
Pass
Test · 03
Jailbreak & policy bypass
Roleplay, nested-instruction, and DAN-style attacks to make the bot ignore its guardrails.
Pass
Test · 04
Tool abuse
Attempts to get agents with tool-calling permissions to perform actions they shouldn't.
Mitigated
Test · 05
Hallucination under pressure
Ambiguous or leading questions designed to make the model invent data. We check refusal vs confabulation.
Pass
Test · 06
Supply-chain & model drift
Regression checks against previous quarters. Did a new model version degrade safety behaviours?
Pass

Questions — 05

Common asks from finance & security.

Two audiences, different priorities. We've heard (and answered) most of them.

Is this only for systems you built?
No. We monitor AI systems other vendors built, too — we meet them where they are. Most common: we instrument an existing copilot deployment and run red-team drills as an independent audit.
Q·01
What do the red-team reports look like?
Signed PDF, 10–15 pages. Attack families tested, variants attempted, pass/fail per family, mitigations applied. Happy to share a redacted sample on a call.
Q·02
Does it integrate with our observability tooling?
Yes. Dashboards feed into Datadog, Grafana, or Snowflake. Alerting into Slack, PagerDuty, Opsgenie. We adapt, you don't.
Q·03
Can it be bundled with Custom AI?
It usually is. If we built the bot, governance is typically bundled into the MRR. Standalone is for AI systems we didn't build but you need us to watch.
